What we do
Six practices. Where a service is one the Institute reserves to Chartered Accountants, the detail sits on its own page and opens when you ask for it.
Audit & Assurance
Audit and assurance work is carried out under the statute that requires it — the Companies Act, 2013 for a statutory audit, section 63 of the Income-tax Act, 2025 for a tax audit, section 138 of the Companies Act for internal audit where it applies, and the relevant state or central legislation for trusts, societies and section 8 companies.

Direct Tax
Direct tax work runs on two tracks: the compliance calendar — advance tax, TDS returns, the income-tax return, the tax audit report where applicable — and the positions taken on transactions, which are cheaper to get right before the transaction than to defend after it.

GST & Indirect Tax
GST compliance is monthly, and most of the difficulty is in reconciliation — what the books show, what GSTR-1 reported, what GSTR-2B allows, and what GSTR-3B claimed. We run those reconciliations as part of the monthly cycle rather than discovering the gaps at the annual return.

International Taxation
Cross-border work turns on a small number of questions asked in the right order: is the income taxable in India at all, does a treaty reduce or remove that liability, what has to be withheld before the remittance leaves, and what has to be reported to the Reserve Bank of India afterwards.

Business Consulting
Most of the businesses we work with do not need a full-time finance team; they need the function to be reliable. That is what this practice does — books that close on time, payroll that runs, statutory dues paid before they are due, and management numbers you can make a decision on.

Corporate & Regulatory Compliance
Every company and LLP carries a filing calendar of its own, separate from tax — annual returns and financial statements with the Registrar of Companies, event-based filings when something changes, and registers that have to exist and be current.
